At the 8 serviced apartments, we offer you a private and tranquil space of your own, where you can rest, work, cook and receive friends or colleagues – be it for short term rental, a medium or even a longer stay up to six months.

You may book your apartment per week, but we are happy to have you for a month or longer.

Equipped with all you need
Whether you like cooking or watching Netflix after work – or both – we’ve got you covered! Each of the 8 apartments has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and tableware. Netflix streaming is also included with booking. And don’t worry: the WiFi is not going to spoil the experience! (250Mbit/s).
The apartments are equipped with 42-inch flat-screen TVs as well as a desk, a sofa, and a double bed (1,40m/55″ wide). No.7 is equipped with a slightly smaller bed (1,20m/47″ wide). Each apartment has a bathroom with a shower.
We will clean your apartment every Monday and bring fresh towels. Bed lines will be changed every two weeks. We also supply dishwasher detergent. A Laundry machine, a dryer, and ironing equipment are at your disposal in the house.
Our 8 apartments
The 8 apartments are sized between 32m2 (344 sq.ft.) – 41m2 (441 sq.ft.). Four of them have a balcony.
Pricing is for one person per week and depends on the duration of your stay with a minimum rental of two weeks. For an additional person, we charge extra. Please refer to the pricing table for further information.

You’re arriving via public transport? From the central train station, you can take the bus lines WE3 (direction Hallenbad Weiterstadt) or WE4 (direction Kreisklinik Groß-Gerau) and get off at „Bunsenstraße“. From here it is a 5-minute walk.
lf you arrive by car, you will find parking lots on the street.
